FAQ's
Our live online classes will take place using Zoom or Skype.
After you sign up for an online course, we will send you an email with more details about the course and how you can access the live sessions.
Get ready for a fun lesson by having ready:
- A computer (laptop, PC, or tablet) with enough battery power for the lesson
- A stable Internet connection
- A microphone to speak with your tutor
- A webcam for our interaction
- A pen and paper to take notes if you want
No refund is possible. If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can register you for another date, depending on availability.
Please note that our online French sessions are for adults (18+).
